Refund and Returns Policy
We believe that in order to have the best online shopping experience, our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply go through our easy self-service return process. (Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on used machines. All items will be inspected prior to refund. If you choose to make a refund please note that you are responsible for sending the machine/item back to us, thank you for your understanding.) Please note that all returns must meet our guidelines, please review our complete return policy carefully.
1. Please allow 3 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed. Once your return has been processed, we will notify you via email. We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, and/or charge a restocking fee for any product that does not meet the above requirements.
2. Within 30 business day of your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund, excluding any shipping charges. If 30 business day have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Products returned or exchanged must be new, untagged, unused in mint condition and have all original manufacturer’s packaging, materials and accessories, including instruction manuals, package inserts and blank warranty cards. We do not accept returns of used machines. All items will be inspected prior to refund. If you choose to make a refund please note that you are responsible for sending the machine/item back to us, thank you for your understanding.
4. If the product received is defective or incorrect, please submit an online return request or contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue. We will only cover the return shipping costs if we are notified prior to the return.
1. You have 30 business day to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can of course come and contact us within 30 business day of receipt.
2. Returned items must be in unused condition and come with the original packaging. We do not accept returns that are worn, damaged, or modified in any way. This includes all original packaging and accessories.
3. We refuse to accept damaged items that arrive damaged/broken or distorted and received in the incorrect size/color of the product.
4. We do not accept returned items that are sent back directly by you without first confirming with us.

30 BUSINESS DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30 business day return policy, which means you have 30 business days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE FEES:
- Customers do not need to pay return handling fee.
- If the product does not have its own quality problems the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
- If the product itself has quality problems, please contact us with photos and we will redeliver one for you for free.
RETURN SERVICE PROCEDURE:
Step 1: If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please first contact our customer service representative for further assistance.
Step 2: If we approve the return, please place the item in its original packaging and securely seal the package.
Step 3: Place your package at your local post office.
Step 4: Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions.

DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To return your product, you should contact our mail.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. It’s about 5 business days.
