United States Shipping rules:

Shipping is free on all orders with no minimum.

We process all orders within 1-2 days. (Monday – Friday)

Estimated time of arrival: 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday)

Our order cut-off time is 11am (PST) every business day.

We only use reliable shipping companies such as USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS to get your products to you.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. I didn’t receive my order.

If the item has been shipped, has a tracking number, and is marked as delivered, you must contact USPS directly to file a claim.

If there is no tracking number, check your local post office if your package did not arrive in time. Sometimes it gets held up there.

2. Why is my order late?

Due to COVID-19, there may be a delay in logistics shipping. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email and we will verify the situation with the shipping company promptly. Thank you for your understanding and support.

3. What do I do if there are damaged or missing items on delivery?

Damage in delivery. If there is damage to the package, or if the item is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so that we can file a damage claim with the carrier. Please do not return items without going through these steps, as this will delay the replacement order or issuance of credit.

Lost Items. All claims for missing items must be reported within five business days of delivery. Please contact us to report a missing item from your shipment.

If the item is damaged, please note this on the delivery manifest and have the person who delivered the item sign it as well. Contact us within 48 working hours to report the damage.

4. What do I do if I gave the wrong address?

If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. If your order has been shipped and your package is returned to us by USPS because of an incorrect address, we can reship your order, but you must place a new order. We will return the product to you, but will not refund the shipping cost.

5. I want to cancel my order.

(1) If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we can cancel your order for you. If your payment is complete, but the package has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order before your items are delivered. We will refund your money in full.

(2) Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once the package has been shipped.
